The groups have been going on for 2 months. People ask me to post stuff but I’m too busy working 12 hours a day 6 days a week. Ty everybody. Also I love all the guys and gals who come to the groups.
The workout
Hills 15 mins with burpees
15 min core
30 mins of weights with running 40 yards down, doing push-ups, and coming back.
Boxing. Everybody gets one or two rounds of throwing punches! Jump roping, Dips on the dip bar, and lots more
