Dear Clients, Friends, and Supporters,
Some of you may already know, but I wanted to take a moment to share something more openly.
For the past couple of years, I’ve been managing bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome and stenosing tenosynovitis (trigger finger) in all ten fingers. I’ve pushed through quietly, committed to serving others—but now, it’s time for me to step back and take care of myself.
I recently had surgery on my left hand. I had hoped to return quickly, but my surgeon has made it clear: I need more time to heal before proceeding with surgery on the right hand. So for now, I must rest and recover fully.
Please know that I see your messages and calls, and I appreciate every one of them. I am not ignoring you. I’m simply allowing myself the time and space I’ve long denied.
If you feel the need to see another provider during this time, I support you completely. Your care comes first. And when I’m ready to return—stronger and healthier—I hope to continue the journey with you.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and prayers. I’ll be back, but for now, I’m healing.
With gratitude,
Dr. Natasha
