Meet Gracia Tharp, L.Ac.

With over 11 years of experience in integrative healthcare, Gracia blends the wisdom of Eastern Medicine with modern evidence-based practices to provide truly personalized care. At Thrive Integrative Health in Issaquah, she has spent the last decade creating a soothing space where patients feel supported on every step of their health journey.

After becoming a mother, Gracia discovered her passion for fertility, pregnancy, and reproductive health. She specializes in treating reproductive challenges and offers supportive care through fertility treatments, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond.

Her dedication extends globally as she contributes to international maternal health research groups while also serving as faculty at the University of Washington and as a clinic preceptor at Bastyr University.

Her love for maternal wellness also led her to become a postpartum doula, where she created a personalized meal preparation program to nurture families during one of the most important transitions of life.

But her expertise doesn’t stop there, Gracia also provides acupuncture for pain, injury, digestive health, insomnia, stress and anxiety, oncology support, and peri/menopause care. Every treatment is designed to restore balance, vitality, and long-term well-being.

For generations, Snoqualmie people have been supported by Cedar, and there are many cultural uses and connections to Cedar trees. The wood of x̌payʔəc (Western Redcedar) is used for canoes, houses, containers, and more. The fine bark is used for baskets, hats and clothing. The roots and withes are used for baskets and rope, and the boughs for cleansing and medicine. x̌payʔəc can be culturally modified as well.
