When Avon quarterback 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗹𝘆𝗲 tore his ACL last year, he faced a setback that would challenge any athlete. But with determination, hard work, and guidance from 𝗠𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗮 (𝗠𝗮𝗰) 𝗞𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗮, 𝗣𝗧, 𝗗𝗣𝗧, and 𝗝𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵, 𝗣𝗧𝗔, Evan turned his recovery into a comeback story.

After a focused rehab process at our Avon clinic, Evan returned to the field stronger than ever — and is now having an 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 season as Avon’s starting QB. 💪

This week, he was named Democrat and Chronicle's“𝗔𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸” for the second time this season! 🏆

Hello, My name is Jeremy Sajdak. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and the Clinical Director at Lattimore of North Chili Physical Therapy. Growing up in North Chili and graduating from the Churchville-Chili School District, it is an absolute honor to be serving my home town and improving the lives of others. We live in a great community that has grown for decades while maintaining a “Home Town Feel.” When I began working for Lattimore Physical Therapy a few years ago, I was blessed to be brought into another family who shared the values I had growing up which involve giving back and helping people achieve their full potential. This company demonstrates everything I stand for as a clinician and it is a dream to have the opportunity of directing a clinic in a thriving community.
