Saturday morning Yoga

Hello Yoga friends Hope your resolutions are intact and your toes are warm. I miss the gatherings of our spirit and energy this time of year but Mother Nature is providing sufficient challenges for travel and for heating community spaces. I hope you have been encouraged to keep your practice going - moving helps to stay warm! Classes at the North East Arts Council will resume on Saturdays, beginning March 14, 9:30 a.m., and continue on through May 16. Price remains at $10/class

As Autumn approaches yoga at Trolley Line is paused, and will return in the Spring. Saturday classes, 9:30 a.m., will resume at the North East Arts Council 25 Vine Street beginning October 11. You are welcome to join Saturday morning farm walks in the interim. We will walk in the vineyard and the woods, feel the shift in seasons, and savor the aroma of harvest. Namaste

Hello friends Hope you are practicing a cooling breath and savoring summer! A reminder that this Saturday, August 16, there is not a class at Trolley Line Vineyards due to my participation in the farmers golf tournament lots of swinging anticipated! We will resume Saturdays at 9:30 a.m. until the weather sends us indoors. Hello Yoga friends. Hooray for Spring and the glorious return of color and fragrance to the landscape.

Saturday morning yoga class at the North East Arts Council will conclude for the season after May 10, 9:30 a.m.
Saturday mornings will resume at Trolley Line Vineyards LTD, 11480 East Main Road in North East, beginning on June 7, 9:30 a.m. Classes are outdoors, and subject to weather conditions. Class fee is $10

Monday morning Yoga, sponsored by 4 N.I.N.E. continues at the Education Center at 9:30 a.m. Classes are free to the community.

I will be teaching two classes at 1 p.m. on Wednesdays May 14 and 21 at Faith Lutheran Church, 5414 East Lake Road, Erie PA. Classes are donation based.

I hope you can join for a class, or many of them, and I would love to welcome you for a walk on the farm.
