Join us for a fun + calming yoga series for little ones and their grown-ups!

Thursdays in May: May 1, 8, 15, 22
Time: 9:15–10:00 AM
Ages: 2.5–5 yrs (with a parent!)

Yoga is a playful and calming activity which incorporates breathing, movement, relaxation and mindfulness. Kids yoga classes aim to create a sense of community and play through fun and imaginative poses and movement.

Date:Every Thursday in February: 6th, 13, 20, 27

Who: 2.5-5 years of age (parent practices with child)
