Relatable topics - Releasing resentment

In this video with my dad I’m talking about not having emotional support with my dad growing up. 15 years later what I was suppressing, I just now got to release. Another weight gone!

Sometimes we think we can buy love, it’s the easiest thing u can do when u lack communication or affection. Or just don’t know how to show up in certain ways in general. Speaking from a societal standpoint! and of course we are doing it unconsciously because it’s not taught.

If this don’t relate to u directly far as ur parents , I’m sure u know a few people who it does relate to.
