If you have not tried the new & improved hair bars, you seriously are missing out!! After moving and having a reverse osmosis system for 15 years I didn’t know what using organic ingredients with hard water could do!
I have worked so hard on perfecting these bars to suit everyone’s needs and hair and now that I have hard water I can honestly understand what others dealt with!
1st let me start by saying organic ingredients tend to bind to the hair shaft when you have hard water which eventually causes build up and you have to do hair rinses to with apple cider vinegar or cleanse of your choice
2nd if you have been using hair products with chemicals, toxins, and particularly dimethicone aka silicones then your hair would go through a detox process getting the waxies when transitioning to organic products! Your hair could still detox but you will NOT have waxies!
You NO LONGER have to deal with any of that with these bars! The ingredients I use are organic and are hard water resistant meaning the iron and calcium in water will not bind to the hair and no worries of orange strands! If you get your hair done at the salon it does not bleed out either! The shampoo bar cleanses all the build up and toxins from the scalp resetting the hair and thoroughly cleansing it so when you go in with the conditioner bar your locks are shiny, manageable, soft, and you will see new growth within 3 months of using them!
Let me also add these shampoo bars last 3 times longer than the original ones!
Everywhere I go I get compliments on my hair and yes hormonal imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, and medicines can cause hair loss but many also lose a lot of hair by the products they are using on it and hormonal imbalance can be contributed by these ingredients in your hair care! Some of the worse ingredients for hair loss and health is
Dimethicone
Sodium Lauryl Sulfate
Parabens
Formaldehyde
Phthalates
Propylene Glycol
PEG
Triclosan
Sodium Chloride
PFAS (can cause harm to a developing fetus)
Among so many more!
These dont just cause hormone disruptors but also endocrine, respiratory, and even reproductive!
These ingredients also clogs hair and skin follicles and coats it with silicone keeping your scalp from making the natural sebum it needs or even overcompensating and becoming greasy, causing hair fall out, carcinogenic, cause itching, dryness, scaling, strip the skin of natural oils, skin irritations
Hormone disruption and reproductive system effects:
Chemicals like phthalates and parabens act as endocrine disruptors, meaning they can interfere with the body's natural hormone production and regulation.
This disruption can lead to problems with the development of reproductive organs, fertility issues in both males and females, and can potentially impact pregnancy and birth outcomes.
Specifically, phthalates have been linked to damage to the te**es, prostate gland, and other male reproductive organs in laboratory animals, potentially leading to reduced s***m count and malformed or absent reproductive structures.
In females, parabens have been linked to lower amounts of reproductive hormones and may interfere with hormonal balance, potentially affecting menstruation and pregnancy.
Endocrine disruptors have also been linked to conditions such as polycystic o***y syndrome (PCOS) and endometriosis.
Increased cancer risk:
Certain chemicals in hair products have been linked to a higher risk of various cancers, including uterine, breast, lung, and ovarian cancers.
Formaldehyde, a known human carcinogen that can be released from hair smoothing products, has been linked to breast, uterine, and nasal cancers.
Phthalates, some of which are classified as probable human carcinogens by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), have been linked to increased risk of breast and liver cancer.
Studies have also shown a connection between the frequent use of chemical hair straighteners and uterine cancer.
Nervous system impacts:
Exposure to certain chemicals can affect the nervous system, leading to issues like anxiety, mood swings, headaches, migraines, and potentially neurological and cognitive decline over the long term.
Formaldehyde exposure can cause headaches and dizziness.
Thyroid dysfunction:
Some chemicals found in hair dyes, like resorcinol, are suspected endocrine disruptors and may interfere with the thyroid gland's function.
Thyroid disruption can lead to various symptoms including goiter (enlargement of the thyroid gland), weight gain, and immune system dysfunction.
Other organ and chronic illness effects:
Hair product chemicals have been linked to chronic illnesses such as diabetes and lupus.
Some phthalates may adversely affect the liver, kidneys, and immune system.
Hair relaxers have been associated with acute kidney injury through the metabolism of glycolic acid derivatives absorbed through the skin.
In addition to these risks, some individuals may experience acute reactions like skin irritation, allergic reactions, burns, and respiratory issues from exposure to chemicals in hair products.
I urge everyone to make the switch even if it’s not my products! Everything you use on your skin enters your blood stream within 26 seconds and cause these very issues with the chemicals they contain!
I have a variety of products available for healthier, clean, organic options!
