Wayne Dyer at seminar once attended- said “Don’t die with the song still inside your heart”… we have maybe heard what would you do if you could not fail? so here we are. It’s with a passionate, grateful and excited heart that Beacon Bodyworks has arrived and settled into a nook in NKC.
A Healing Arts Studio dedicated to helping relieve stress, balance the body and provide an environment that encourages all to learn tools that empower us to rise to our best abiltiies. We address chronic pain, issues in the tissues one may say, and teach tools to empower and enrich our lives with possibility, growth and beyond.
It’s a journey. It takes time and effort to tune in and reset. It doesn’t have to be daunting and hard. It’s amazing to realize the stuff stuffed inside us running the show. It’s an unravel. And it will be as it needs to be in the stepping stone of your journey.
The time has come to tune in to ouselves and take action to help our bodies adjust to the stresses in our lives.
