Everyone I’m talking to this week says the same thing…”I’m exhausted “!
Please remember your kiddos have poured all the mental and emotional energy they have, into getting back to school. They have met new peers, have new teachers, are learning a new schedule, have to navigate an abundance of new and often over stimulation information, have sports practices, are getting new music material to learn and so much more. So, mamas and papas…you think you’re tired?!? These kids are running on empty! Give them some grace, lighten their load when you can and speak gently. And do that for yourself too. ❤️
