You're invited to a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga class tomorrow evening from 6–7 PM, designed to restore your body, calm your mind, and connect you to the quiet wisdom of winter. ❄️

We'll begin with a candle gazing Trataka meditation to still the mind and focus the inner gaze.
Then, settle into a series of Winter-themed Yin postures that support the Water element, gently stimulating the Bladder and Kidney meridians – organs linked to gentleness, inner strength, and emotional resilience.

We'll complete our practice with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra, inviting you into a state of conscious relaxation and integration.
