Big news and an exciting new chapter! 🌍✨

As many of you know, my work has expanded to helping people all across the globe. To better reflect this international reach and the deep work we’re doing together, I have some official updates to share.

I am "retiring" the Arizona Integrative Hypnotherapy name and transitioning everything over to Craig Meriwether – Subconscious Transformation Specialist.

I’m at a week long Dr. Joe Dispenza retreat 😍 you know that moment when someone teaches you something that you already know but they say it in such a different that you now know it deeper?! That just keeps on happening here, reminding me why I came. 10/10, would recommend to everyone!

Session Availability:
As I move into a more limited home-based practice, sessions are currently offered primarily via distance, with in-person appointments available by referral. Big transitions are underway for Sound Body & Mind!
I will be closing my North Liberty office space at the end of March as I move into a new season of growth and professional expansion. I will continue offering sessions on a limited basis from my home office for current clients and referrals.
March 20th is the last day to schedule sessions in North Liberty.
If you’ve been thinking about booking, this is your opportunity! Remaining openings are limited.
