🔷 FIT stands for "Functional Independence Training".
🔷 This work readiness program is available to Arkansans ages 16 and up with developmental, intellectual, social, emotional, and/or physical challenges who have a desire to enter the workforce.
🔷 Weekly sessions involve hands-on supportive skill development, reflection & constructive feedback, and real-world application.
🔷 Fall 2025 sessions are Mondays or Fridays, 3:00pm - 5:00pm, September 22nd - December 8th
