The Doctor’s Daily Tonic......

Crème Brulee Martini

1 oz Whipped Vodka
1 oz Hazelnut Liqueur
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1 Graham Cracker
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar

Place the graham cracker and brown sugar into a plastic bag and crush into a fine powder. Wet the rim of a chilled cocktail glass then dip into the powder mixture and set aside.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the vodka, hazelnut liqueur and triple sec. Shake well and strain into the prepared glass. Sprinkle some of the graham cracker mixture on top.

Red Silk Panties

1 oz Vodka
1 oz Peach Schnapps
3/4 oz Cranberry Juice

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

The Doctor’s Daily Tonic......

Cinnamon Creme Martini

2 oz Irish Cream
1/2 oz Goldschlager
1/2 oz Butterscotch Schnapps

Swirl the inside of a chilled cocktail with chocolate syrup and rim the glass with chocolate syrup and shaved chocolate and set aside.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients and shake well. Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with more shaved chocolate.

Rudolph's Day Off

1 1/2 oz Light Rum
1/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
1/2 Teaspoonful Grenadine
1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with Rudolph's nose (aka a cherry).

Very Cherry Christmas

2 oz Cherry Vodka
1/2 oz Irish Cream
1/2 oz Chocolate Liqueur
Splash Cream

Drizzle a chilled cocktail glass with chocolate syrup and set aside. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients and shake well. Strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with cherries.

Spiced Apple

1/2 oz Spiced Rum
1/2 oz Brandy
1/4 oz Triple Sec
Splash Lemon Juice
3 oz Apple Cider

Rim a chilled cocktail glass with sugar and set aside. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients and shake well. Strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with an apple slice.
