The Doctor's Daily Tonic......

Pineapple Chili Margarita

2 oz Tequila
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 oz Agave Nectar

Mix 1/2 tablespoonful of coarse salt and 1/4 teaspoonful of chili powder in a plate. Wet the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with lime juice and dip in the mixture. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients and shake well. Strain into the prepared glass.

The Doctor's Daily Tonic......

Hugo

3 oz Prosecco
2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz Club Soda
2 Lime Slices
2 Mint Leaves

In a wine glass, gently muddle the lime and mint then fill with ice. Add the Prosecco, elderflower liqueur and club soda. Stir well. Garnish with lime and fresh mint.

Not So Blue Hawaii

3/4 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Rum
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
3 oz Pineapple Juice

In a tall glass filled with crushed ice, add all the ingredients and gently stir. Garnish with a cherry, pineapple slice and a pineapple leaf.

Black Sun

1 oz Dark Rum
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/4 oz Lemon Juice
Fill Coke

In a tall glass filled with ice, add the rum, triple sec and lemon juice. Top off with Coke. Gently stir. Garnish with a lemon peel.

The Doctor's Daily Tonic……

Snickerdoodle Martini

3 oz Chocolate Milk
1 oz RumChata
1 oz Vanilla Vodka
1/2 Teaspoonful Cocoa Powder

Rim a chilled cocktail glass with cocoa powder and set aside. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the milk, RumChata, vanilla vodka and cocoa powder. Shake well and strain into the prepared glass. Top with a dash of cinnamon. Garnish with a few truffle balls.
