So grateful for these beautiful souls who gathered with us sharing sunrise flows, ocean swims, laughter, and stillness beneath palm-lined skies.

From early morning movement by the sea to golden-hour meditations with the sound of the waves, this retreat was a reminder that when we slow down and surrender to the rhythm of the coast, we reconnect with each other and with ourselves.
