Pain changes more than your body.
It changes your life.

And when back pain starts calling the shots, life gets smaller.

Imagine what it feels like to:
• Sleep through the night without waking up stiff or sore
• Get out of bed without bracing yourself
• Sit through a meal, a movie, or a car ride comfortably
• Bend, lift, twist — without hesitation
• Make plans without wondering how your back will feel that day
• Play with your kids or grandkids without paying for it later
• Take a walk because you want to — not because you’re testing your limits

That’s the part people miss when they talk about back pain.
It’s not just about discomfort — it’s about everything pain quietly takes away.

If you’ve tried physical therapy, injections, medications, or years of “just dealing with it” and you’re still hurting, that’s not a personal failure.

At AIM Integrative Medicine, we help people who are done managing pain and ready to get their life back.

Because living in pain isn’t something you have to accept —
and feeling like yourself again is still possible.

Back pain doesn’t just hurt — it slowly takes things from you.

Sleep becomes lighter.
Energy disappears faster.
Simple movements start to feel like negotiations.

You cancel plans.
You hesitate before bending, lifting, or sitting too long.
You start organizing your life around your pain.

If you’ve tried physical therapy, injections, medications — or years of “just pushing through it” — and you’re still hurting…
that isn’t because you didn’t try hard enough.

Pain has a way of wearing people down — physically and emotionally.

At AIM Integrative Medicine, we work with people who are exhausted from managing pain and ready to get their life back.

Relief isn’t wishful thinking.
And living like this doesn’t have to be your normal.

If you live with fibromyalgia, sleep can feel like a paradox.

You rest —
but wake up exhausted.
You sleep —
but pain greets you first thing in the morning.

This isn’t a personal failure.
It’s physiology.

Fibromyalgia is associated with disrupted nervous system regulation, which can prevent the body from fully entering restorative sleep stages — even when you’re “asleep” for hours.

At AIM Integrative Medicine, our treatments treat fibromyalgia by helping the nervous system settle, supporting healthier signaling patterns, and allowing the body to recover more effectively overnight.

Because real rest isn’t about more hours in bed —
it’s about giving the body the conditions it needs to actually restore.

For people living with fibromyalgia, the holidays often come with a quiet cost.

Extra commitments.
Interrupted sleep.
Emotional labor.
Travel, gatherings, and constant “on.”

You give. You push. You hold it together.

And then January arrives — and the body crashes.

Fibromyalgia is closely tied to nervous system overload. When the system has been running on empty for weeks, even small stressors can amplify pain, fatigue, brain fog, and sensitivity.

At AIM Integrative Medicine, our treatments treat fibromyalgia by supporting nervous system regulation and restoring proper signaling — not by asking the body to power through what it no longer has.

If post-holiday exhaustion feels deeper than “just tired,” your body may be asking for support, not rest alone.

“What do you treat?”
It’s one of the most common questions we’re asked.

The honest answer?
We treat the complicated cases.

The ones that don’t fit neatly into a diagnosis code.
The ones that come with a thick stack of test results… and very few answers.
The ones where patients have been told, “Everything looks normal,” while they still feel anything but.

At AIM Integrative Medicine, we specialize in conditions that leave other practitioners scratching their heads — the chronic, layered, frustrating issues where symptoms overlap and quick fixes fall short.

These are often the cases where patients are offered:
• yet another medication
• more invasive testing
• exploratory procedures
• or surgery with no guarantees

Instead, we take a different approach.

Our care is non-pharmaceutical and non-invasive, grounded in physiology, nervous system regulation, and restoring proper signaling in the body. We look at how systems are communicating — or failing to — and support the body in doing what it was designed to do.

Many of our patients come to us as a last resort.
Not because they’ve run out of options —
but because they’re tired of being treated like a mystery no one wants to solve.

And often, that’s when real progress begins.

Because when the body is supported — not forced —
clarity replaces confusion, regulation replaces chaos, and healing becomes possible.

If you’ve been told “there’s nothing more we can do,”
we’re here to take a deeper look.

Gastroparesis doesn’t just affect digestion.
It affects identity, energy, mental health — and entire families.

For nearly a decade, Dean watched his son struggle to eat, function, and live like a typical teenager after developing gastroparesis following an eating disorder.
No energy. No normal meals. Years quietly slipping away.

In this powerful conversation with Greg Rowles of WFXB FOX TV CarolinaAM and AIM Founder Tonya Weber, Dean shares what it’s like to watch your child become a shell of who they once were — and what changed when care finally addressed the whole system, not just the stomach.

Today, his son is eating normally, working full time, and living life again.
This story is about complexity, hope, and what’s possible when patients are truly seen.

Some days, Kelly couldn’t get out of bed.
Most evenings, the pain was so intense she couldn’t make dinner for her family.
The exhaustion, the brain fog, the guilt — it all became overwhelming.

Doctors told her tests were “normal.”
Some even suggested it was in her head.
She tried diets, supplements, detoxes… nothing helped.

This was life with fibromyalgia.

Then Kelly came to AIM.

And everything changed.

She went from barely making it through the day…
to cooking for her daughter’s graduation party,
playing slip-n-slide with two dozen teenagers,
and visiting her mom for the first time in years — pain-free.

“AIM helped me go from surviving to truly thriving.” — Kelly C.

Fibromyalgia may be invisible,
but your pain is real —
and there is hope.
