Happy 2025! I am normally not one to make resolutions and such, BUT I decided to do something new this year. One of the resolutions I made was that I wanted to do things that scare me, one of them being more outgoing. If you've ever met me, you know that I prefer being quiet and am EXTREMELY shy, but I want to be brave this year! I am going to try to start regularly posting things and am also looking to start a Youtube channel highlighting all things health, wellness and showing my own journey to achieve balance in those ways. I ask that you please be patient with me as I am quite new to all of this, but will strive to learn and grow as I go. If there's any suggestions or questions you may have, I welcome it! I can't tell you how long I wanted to have this little contraption as part of my practice, and it's FINALLY here!

Infrared saunas provide such incredible benefits like improving circulation along with warming up muscles, allowing for a more effective and enhanced massage. It can also help to flush out toxins, reducing inflammation and promoting faster recovery. I can tell you from my own experience that it is also a wonderful way to alleviate stress and anxiety, as I felt much calmer and mentally focused after using it.

I will begin offering this as an add on to most of my existing services starting next month so be on the lookout!
