The holidays donā€™t have to mean falling off track. You can enjoy the season and still make progress. It all comes down to balance and consistency.

Tips to stay on track:
ā€¢ Keep your workout schedule. Even if you shorten sessions, stay consistent.
ā€¢ Choose your treats intentionally instead of mindlessly snacking.
ā€¢ Stay hydrated. Most cravings are actually dehydration.
ā€¢ Focus on protein at every meal to keep energy and muscle strong.
ā€¢ Get back on track after indulgent meals. No guilt, just reset and move forward.
