The holidays don’t have to mean falling off track. You can enjoy the season and still make progress. It all comes down to balance and consistency.

Tips to stay on track:
• Keep your workout schedule. Even if you shorten sessions, stay consistent.
• Choose your treats intentionally instead of mindlessly snacking.
• Stay hydrated. Most cravings are actually dehydration.
• Focus on protein at every meal to keep energy and muscle strong.
• Get back on track after indulgent meals. No guilt, just reset and move forward.

And if you haven’t started yet, now is the perfect time.
Imagine entering the New Year already feeling stronger, leaner, and more confident. Don’t wait for January first. Start showing up for yourself today.

Heads up—those sauces and dressings sneak in a lot of extra calories. Take the Chick-fil-A Cool Wrap as an example: with Avocado Lime Ranch, you’re looking at 660 calories, but without it, you drop all the way to 350. That’s 310 calories just from the dressing!

🎯 Tip: if you really want sauce, go for something like Zesty Buffalo, it’s only ~25 calories and still gives you flavor without wrecking the deficit.
