Three months ago, my husband stepped into what many would have seen as an impossible situation. He wasn’t just renovating a program…he was rebuilding it from the ground up.

With tireless dedication, he has poured himself into this work day after day. The progress is evident, and the recognition he has received speaks volumes. Both the city and the fire department have honored his efforts, and I believe this is only the beginning.

I am deeply proud of his leadership, his perseverance, and the integrity he brings to everything he does. The best is yet to come.

This heart opening sequence reminds me of that second day.

It’s vulnerable, expansive, and asks me to lean back into trust. When I connect to my body like this, I remember why I’m here, to live fully, love deeply, and help others find the freedom to do the same.

Maybe today is the day you lean back too, and listen for your why. 🌿💫

✨ What we focus on grows.

On Friday I sat with a group of ladies and meditated on this truth, the power of where we place our attention. And today I walked into the sweetest confirmation staring right at me: “Today, I am choosing peace.”

It’s funny how life (and God) sends gentle nudges right when we need them most. Peace grows when we water it with our thoughts, our breaths, and our choices.

First day of school vibes, the polished smiles and the goofy ones, because that’s real life around here.

We’ve got sophomores, an eighth grader, and a fourth grader heading out into a brand new year. Sending them and all your kids off with love, prayers, and the reminder that courage, kindness, and curiosity go a long way.

After a full summer of renovations and nonstop prep, Rob still showed up with heart and joy for the kids.

Grateful for him and the booster club for doing the work to bring North Port Baseball back to life. Our community is better for it!

Same trip. Same mountain roads. Same crew, mostly. Kali stayed back to run

The kids are older now. More independent. Their conversations go deeper.

On the river, I wasn’t needed in the same way, but I was still wanted.

What a gift to come back and notice how much we’ve grown.
