Breath of Hope Wellness Jessy Pearson is a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner and Heart-Wall Expert. Hey! I’m Jessy, the Anxious Mama Mentor. I assumed it would always be this way.

I am a coffee-loving, book obsessed boy mama and I'm here to help you address your anxiety and take charge of your life. I am living my dream with my husband, Trav, and our 3 kids: our son, Tristen, and our furbabes Rose and Bentley. Life is amazing- but it hasn’t always been this way. For years over 20 years I was stuck in a persistent cycle of illness and anxiety. I was a chronic people pleaser and kept waiting for a “magic bullet” to appear and solve all my problems. At 29 years old I felt hopeless and disempowered about my ability to be well. I assist mamas who are navigating their emotions and want to address their anxiety through mind, body, and soul support. Why work with me? I’ve been there: feeling stuck, sick, lonely, and powerless. I’ve tried all the things to “fix” my life and have finally found a routine that addresses my well-being in a holistic way. I’ve cleared the way for you so you won’t waste any more time or money in trial and error. My Story

Hey!

I am so happy you found your way to my page. I hope the content you find here will be a source of inspiration and encouragement. My focus on wellness began in 2008 when I was introduced to yoga my Freshman year of college. I'd heard yoga was a good way to stay fit and manage stress. After my first yoga class I was hooked! The instant peace of mind and sense of well-being motivated my journey into the practices of yoga and further training.

In 2013 I decided to become a yoga teacher and earned my Level 1 and Prenatal/Postpartum Teacher certifications through YogaFit. In 2019 I became a 200-hour certified teacher through Bhogah Yoga School studying under Brianne Barrett (E-RYT500) and a certified Y12SR (The Yoga of 12-Step Recovery) teacher. I'm grateful I can use yoga as a tool to promote well-being in my community.

I was first introduced to Young Living essential oils and natural supplements a few years ago when I purchased a couple of oils to use in my yoga classes. I used the products for a while, but didn’t take the time to truly invest in learning about the products and how they could protect my health and support me emotionally.
