I wanted to share some upcoming events with you!

Friday March 7 please join me & Laura at One Light Holistic Healing for a beautiful restorative yoga class with sound healing at the magical yurt in Kingston, NH.

There are 2 weeks left in our kids yoga series at Itsy Bitsy Zone in Salisbury, MA. Please join us at 9:05 for a family yoga class where we will learn yoga through fun games, music, & play!

Reiki & Integrated Energy Work appointments through Lotus Massage and Spa in Georgetown, MA! Please see my weekly schedule below. NOW booking Saturday mornings! With any questions, please feel free to message me. Biomat therapy is available for all energy healing sessions.

Distance reiki + IET is also available for booking as well if you are not local but wanting to enjoy the beautiful benefits of energy work.

Kindness..

This week at yoga camp we will be focusing on acts of kindness. 🫶🏻

Yoga & mindfulness are such beautiful skills..I wish I had learned them younger. The benefits are not just physical with yoga!

The focus on breath and mindfulness helps children develop:

✨Improved focus: Yoga helps kids learn to concentrate on the present moment, leading to better focus in school and other activities.

✨Enhanced self-awareness: Through yoga, kids can learn to identify and understand their emotions.

✨Greater self-control: Breathing exercises and mindfulness practices equip kids with tools to manage their emotions and reactions.

Join us this week as we practice yoga, mindful moments & what it means to be kind to all and how we can live in that and spread lots of love everywhere we go!

Send your little lady for this Fun Friday {self love edition} at Lotus Yoga & Mindfulness where we will have the most fun..yoga with a side of self love, confidence & who doesn’t love a good pamper sesh?

We will make our own sugar lip scrubs to bring home as well 🫶🏻

Take a Breath & Stretch! Why is yoga so beneficial for our kiddos, anyway?

Does your child crave a fun & creative way to move their body and unwind? Kids yoga is more than just poses (though those are fun too!). Yoga incorporates breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, and playful movement, all designed to help kids:

Build strength & flexibility: Yoga poses help kids develop strong muscles and improve their range of motion. And the CONFIDENCE they build from these poses is fantastic to watch, too!

Boost focus & concentration: By focusing on their breath and bodies, kids learn to quiet their minds and improve concentration. Even those who struggle with focus feel the benefits!

Manage stress & emotions: Yoga teaches our children breathing techniques and mindfulness practices that help them manage stress, anxiety, and big emotions. Our kids are more stressed than ever and yoga is an incredible way to give them tools they can use on and off the mat.

Yoga camps will run Tuesday & Thursday all summer 🫶🏻 Join us for all the fun!

A new addition..stinky feet spray!

The littles thought this was just too silly..we laughed so much tonight and had the most Fun Friday! We played yoga limbo, painted and our artwork was dubbed “a mindful mess” by one of our friends..there was lots of fun and even musical yoga mats where we all shared a favorite song with eachother!

At the end, we had a lovely guided meditation and then talked about it after. Hearing what they all saw during their peaceful “walk in the woods” was just so lovely!

Would you like to make your own “stinky feet spray?” (Pssst: it’s actually a really lovely lavender spray promoting calmness!)

✨In a 4 oz glass spray bottle, combine 1 tap witch hazel, 15-20 drops of lavender essential oil (my favorite brand is & fill the rest of the way with distilled water.

We used this at the start of class & at the end to get ready for our yoga nap 💤

What a fun week with these yoga campers- we have had a blast!

In yoga camp we have lots of FUN which helps us learn! Today we talked about what mindfulness is and practiced being present with what we could hear, see, smell, feel & touch..we painted mandalas, we did lots of yoga & I was so proud to see such confident friends asking to lead the sun salutation flow so we all took turns leading! We played lots of fun games, made a fort to enjoy lunch in & at the end of our time together shared what we were grateful for and practiced “karma yoga” by rolling up a friend’s yoga mat.
