✨ A Heartfelt Update from The Little Hornets Play Nest
It’s time to share an update that comes with a mix of gratitude and some heavy heartstrings. For nearly a year, I’ve been building and nurturing the vision of The Little Hornets Play Nest, from the very first spark of the idea to watching it come to life in our space. Even though our physical location wasn’t open the full year, the dream itself has been growing in my heart for a long time.
Balancing motherhood, teaching full time, and running a business has been both beautiful and overwhelming. And like many of us millennials tend to do, I overloaded my plate until there was barely room to breathe. This journey has stretched me, changed me, and helped me grow in ways I never expected.
After a lot of reflection, I’ve made the difficult decision to close our Nest space at the end of February. While this wasn’t an easy choice, it’s the right one for my family, my wellbeing, and the season of life I’m in. Until then, we will continue to run our regular scheduled classes, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays.
But this is not the end of our story.
The Little Hornets Play Nest will continue, just in the way it originally began.
We will still be offering:
🐝 Pop-up play sessions throughout the community
🐝 In-home birthday parties
🐝 Mobile sensory + play setups
🐝 Seasonal and special events
I am incredibly grateful for every family who supported this dream, stepped into our space, and trusted me with your little ones. You helped bring this idea to life, and I’ll forever be thankful for the connections we’ve made.
The Nest is shifting, not closing its wings, and I can’t wait to bring the fun to you in this next chapter. 💛💚
