•There are no refunds, as I am putting my heart, time & energy into each service I provide. In booking session with me, you're agreeing to payment for the session(in person or over the phone) at the time of booking. If payment is not received on time, your session is immediately canceled or rescheduled to keep flow of business. When booking, I inform you when payment is due, as well as when I text to confirm the session. I am not responsible if you miss payment; forget to pay on time, or do not understand the time difference. You may not use any of the information on my page(s) or websites against me in any way.
• I only accept payment in the form of cash, PayPal or venmo - There is a cancellation list available: If one client needs to reschedule, I can get the next client in sooner! Group readings require a deposit at the time of booking also!
• I am providing a professional work relationship only, if boundaries are crossed, I will recommend you to a different psychic and will not be able to provide services if there is any negativity, rude, hate, bullying, obsessiveness, harassment or violence towards me or others.
• If for some reason you cannot afford help, and have a demonic entity( and is willing to allow an investigation to prove activity)we will provide help for free to little cost. we are purely doing this work out of love. Reschedules
If a family emergency pops up, you get sick, or have a scheduling clash, you may reschedule sessions up to three times before you will have to re-book. Blocking off time for a client three times that's unable to show for their session stops the flow of business, and isn't fair to other clients.
