Next Monday, October 11 is National Coming Out Day. Take a moment to honor your own process of coming out, whether you’re in the closet peering out and feeling all the feelings or you’ve been out for years. Chances are there’s a thread uniting us and our origin in the closet. (Hint: the thread is often rooted in fear.) Fear of rejection, judgement, not being loved, bullied, internalized repression, violence, exclusion, and so many more fears keep the closet alive and well. When we live guided by our fears and dim down our truest self, every aspect of our life is stifled.

Come take a break from the closet. To those who have been out, celebrate your life and the freedom to love who you love and be who you are. You are literally changing the evolutionary course of your lineage by living in your truth.
The free National Coming Out Day ritual is an invitation to honor your coming out process, connect with your guides— your soul’s council of beings who support you, and be in community with other LGBTQ+ persons. Each person will receive a message from their soul’s council to take with you as a resource and beacon. We’ll meet via Zoom from 7-8:30pm EDT. Sign up at:

“Life is not just about surviving. It’s about a spark, of bringing an essence of vitality into the world.” - Esther Perel When we shed the layers of fear and shame, we connect with our vitality. It is our vitality that generates thriving, on an individual and collective level. How are you connecting with creativity, risk, imagination, and play? Let’s be a movement of humans breathing vitality into ourselves, our communities, and planet.

The invitation is to explore who you are in your most authentic expression in a safe, supportive gathering place. Step more fully into the questions and release shame or fear. Create belonging and acceptance within your own being and align with the pulse of life that flows through you. Receive support through the coming out process, be it to family, friends, colleagues, or the religious and cultural/ethnic communities to which you have belonged. Take a radical step toward yourself, feel less alone, and step into the pure potential of possibilities.

Covid-19 has had a profound effect on all of us and has temporarily changed our communal rituals around grief, loss, and death. The Grief Support Ritual and Group is an invitation to journey together through grief, whether it be planetary ecological grief, loss of a loved one, illness, isolation, grief from the impact of racism, the ending of one's job, a miscarriage, grief from being displaced from your home, or any other loss. This is an invitation to tend your grief and tend your life.

Receive support and accompaniment through the hard, painful unmaking and reassembling that grief, loss, and death cause.
