We want to let you know about an important update to how we accept payments at Northampton Area Pediatrics.

Starting January 1, 2026, we will no longer accept cash or personal checks for in-office payments.

Instead, we’re moving to secure, digital payment methods that better support our four-office system across three cities. We now accept:

· All major credit and debit cards

· Personal or bank checks — through our secure online portal

· 24/7 online payment via MyChart or MyChart/PayasGuest

Hello NAP Families,

There is a recall of an infant formula called ByHeart Whole Nutrition Infant Formula due to a risk of infant botulism. Please see the link below for more information. If you have this formula at home, please follow the recall instructions in the link.

Symptoms of infant botulism include constipation, poor feeding, weak cry and decreased movement. If your child has taken the affected formula, and you notice these symptoms, please call our office to discuss next steps.
