I’m Nothing Changes if NOTHING changes*sick of having the same results with your fitness goals?? YOU MUST DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT.Get comfortable being uncomfortable, stay consistent, it's NOT about perfection. it's about consistency over time. A great workout will build your muscle, you muscle IS your metabolism. But if you do not do the HARDER work in the kitchen you'll never see those fruits of your labor. You MUST get a handle on your nutrition. Whole Foods when you can, supplements where you fall short.Let's build a plan together that you can have success with.
