No one tells you about the mixed emotions you’ll feel when you actually pursue your dreams

The grief you’ll feel for your old life

The liminal space in between the new and the old

The process of becoming who you were not but who you actually are

There’s a lot going on inside, even if it comes off as silence on the outside

Things are going to be changing around here

I’m going to take some time off from posting for a bit

Gather my thoughts

Figure out how I want this space to look

There will be much more pics of life on the farm soon

That’s all I know

And since I’m no longer on Long Island, my handle’s about to change, too

Wishing the Happiest of Birthdays to this feisty, little one today! You have grown so much this past year and it has been awe-inspiring to see how far you have come! Your dad and I cannot believe you are 9 years old already and wish that time would slow down! You are such an empathetic person and it shows in everything you do! This has been a big year for you and seeing you rock every bit of it makes our hearts beam. Keep crushing it and wishing you another beautiful year ahead! We love you!!!

I’m not a high profile coach

I’m no longer here for the hustle

I’m here for who I’m raising

I was at the airport with my almost 15 year old and I got the best compliment the other day by one of the airline attendants

She turned to me and said, “you have a great relationship with your daughter”

And that put my ego in check

I love helping the women and the families I help

But first and foremost, I want to ensure my kids are safe and secure in themselves

And mine are

We’ve been in a new state for 3 months and they are thriving in their new environments; taking on leadership roles like they’ve been here for years, making friends and feeling confident in who they are

I’m going to say that 6 years of homeschooling and working through adversity will do that

But so does:

Giving them the space to be their authentic selves

Working on ourselves as parents

Owning our faults and apologizing when we are wrong

Having open lines of communication with our children

I’ve had an internal battle for the past few years over how much I’ll allow myself to work versus being as present as I can with my kids

I haven’t always had this kind of relationship with my kids

I was lost and in survival mode for the first 6 years I was a mom

I was angry and battling mental health issues

Nutrition and fitness saved me

Did you know your fat doesn’t just “burn off”? It actually leaves your body through your breath, your urine, and your sweat. 💨💧💦
When your body breaks down fat for energy, it converts it into carbon dioxide and water.
✨ 84% of that fat leaves through your lungs as CO₂ when you exhale.
✨ The remaining 16% exits through your liver, kidneys, and skin — in urine and sweat.
That’s why supporting your detox pathways is essential for sustainable, healthy fat loss — not just calorie restriction.
Let’s break it down 👇
🫁 1. Breath: The Lungs
Your lungs are one of your biggest detox organs.
* Practice deep, diaphragmatic breathing daily — aim for slow, full exhales to release CO₂.
* Try breathwork or even a few minutes of intentional breathing before bed or upon waking.
* Movement and exercise naturally increase respiration and help mobilize stored fat for release.
💧 2. Liver & Kidneys: The Filters
Your liver converts fat into energy and processes toxins for elimination. The kidneys then excrete waste through urine.
Support them by:
* Drinking half your body weight in ounces of water daily (or more if you sweat heavily).
* Reducing alcohol, processed foods, and added sugars.

to gently stimulate bile flow and liver function.

I thought I was doing everything right.

Eating clean. Working out. Managing stress. Getting rest.

But my body had other plans.

Night sweats.
