I’m starting a small Low Back Pain Pilot Program at the chiropractic clinic where my office is located. I am looking for 3–5 people who are dealing with ongoing back pain.

This will be a short series of light therapy sessions (2x per week for 3 weeks) using therapeutic light to support inflammation, circulation, and healing.

There is no cost to participate, but I am looking for people who can commit to the sessions and are open to sharing feedback about their experience.

Low back pain is something I’ve worked with and experience personally, so this is an area I care deeply about.

If this sounds like something you’d be interested in—or if you know someone who might be a good fit—send me a message and I’ll share more details.

“Based on recent discussions and appearances, Dr. Eric Topol—a leading cardiologist and longevity researcher—has highlighted red light therapy (or photobiomodulation) as a legitimate tool for addressing inflammation and supporting cellular repair.

While Dr. Topol is often critical of the "hype" surrounding many longevity supplements and biohacks, he includes red light therapy among the proactive recovery tools he supports for maintaining physical health, often linking it to improved joint health and circulation.“

My new office space!

Showing others how to use their light devices to help their loved ones is so very important to me. I wanted to share this testimony with you.

"My experience with red light therapy. My mother-in-law used to have a lot of restless legs at night when she went to bed so I used my red light therapy pads on her. She was very open to trying anything. The next morning she called me and told me she slept through the night and her legs were feeling wonderful. It was a nice feeling that I could help her feel better." Mary LFleur

Light is a nutrient and nourishes the brain at the cellular level. Photobiomodulation (light therapy) helps the brain do it’s job more efficiently so we can do what we need/want to do more efficiently.

Since opening my office, I’ve spent time at networking events and, in general, talking with people about light therapy. Although the term ”red light therapy” is more mainstream, the therapeutic qualities of targeted red light (and additional colors) aren’t well known. I would like to point out, through this video, why I’ve placed the pads where they’ve been placed. The pads on the hand/wrist and underneath the forearm are bringing light to the ulnar nerve. There is neuropathy resulting in numbness, weakness and muscle atrophy in the left hand (since targeting this issue, he has more functional use of the left hand). The pad in the armpit is to help the lymphatic fluid flow. The pad over the belly button illuminates the entire bloodstream every 50 seconds or so and reduces inflammatory chemicals. The pad over the eyes relaxes the body and when the body is relaxed, it doesn’t have to work so hard to heal. I placed the pad over the heart because of a mitral valve repair done several years ago…an added ooomph from the light.

Light helps with joint pain and arthritis. I’ll discuss ways to reduce pain with light during this class. I’ve limited the class to 4 participants, as I’ll be offering free sessions afterwards for those interested.

Up until maybe 6 months ago, I had chronic pain in my left thumb. It was painful. I needed to wear a splint during the day and sometimes at night. When my right thumb began to hurt, I got worried. I’m an artist. The thought of not being able to paint depressed me, so I got busy and used my lights to help my hands heal. Red light reduces pain. Currently, the pain in my thumbs is barely noticeable and I no longer need the splint.
