I’ve decided to take an indefinite break from social media. My weekend away felt too good. Juggling birth work, starting a business, raising two babies and being a wifey, I’ve realized with all of the distractions life has thrown in this season, it doesn’t quite make sense for me to willingly step into another one right now.

This doula is going off-grid for the weekend—and not in the “birthing in the woods” kind of way (though I wouldn’t put it past me 😅). I’m taking advantage of a sweet little window between births to breathe, be still, and soak up some much-needed family time.

The past few weeks have been full—beautiful, sacred, and stretching. I feel incredibly blessed to walk alongside so many families in their birth journeys… but even doulas need a reset to feel a little more human again. My hands have been busy, my phone always charged, and my coffee cup… eternal. ☕

So this weekend, I’m unplugging from screens and plugging into what grounds me most: my people, nature, Jesus, and the quiet kind of rest that comes when you’re not on-call for anyone but your own soul.

I’ll be back soon, refreshed and ready. If you reach out and hear crickets, know that I’m just out chasing chickens, ducks & toddler giggles for a bit.

I was truly in AWE of this FTMs unconditional strength & determination to bring her baby earth-side in the comfort of her home surrounded by a villiage of people who love her. Ever since our first consult, I knew I had not only gained a client, but a lifelong friend. It was such an honor to be apart of this beautiful lady’s ushering into motherhood… everything from getting the nursery ready at prenatals to practicing cloth diapers to watching her body & intuition lead the way in this delivery… i am just so honored proud of this mama ❤️

What an absolutely BEAUTIFUL morning! I got to walk alongside such a strong mama as she welcomed her biggest babe yet (mine too)! This was a suprise gender - how exciting! It was beautiful watching some of the sibs meet their baby sister. This mama surprised all of us with a chunky baby as she labored with such strength, calmness & intuition. 🌿✨

This sweet mamas labor was SO fast and furious and she was such a rockstar. This little peanut decided to suprise everyone and come be with his parents + big brother at 37 weeks gestation last night!

✨ I’m so excited to FINALLY announce this magical workshop! ✨

I’ve partnered with the wonderful Hannah Naomi Simcox of Roots of Eden Birth , and together we’re offering a nurturing experience for families curious about natural childbirth through a holistic lens.

We’ll be gathering at the beautiful Free Spirit Yoga in Canton, OH on August 23rd from 12–3:30 PM. This workshop will explore:

🌿 Common interventions and informed choices
🌿 Hands-on comfort techniques
🌿 Pain relief tools
🌿 Partner support strategies
🌿 And so much more

🌸 September 6th will serve as a backup date in the event one of the facilitators is called to a birth on August 23rd
