Dede Farnsworth Health Coach Dedicated to helping people lose weight and live healthier lives. My name is Dede Farnsworth. I am also a wife, and mother of two boys.

I have been a dancer for 40 years, and a healthcare provider for 25 years. It is safe to say I have a passion for health, movement, and the human body. It has been quite troubling to me to watch Americans spiral into an epidemic of obesity, poor health and body misery. I think we all need to be armed with the tools to take back our bodies and our health, and take control of how we look and feel. Doing this work has been a great boon to my patient's health and is so fulfilling to me. I know this program can help you reach your health goals and can help you really enjoy living in your body!
