The imprints that follow us across lifetimes are simply those that require a more refined observation. Each time the pattern resurfaces, you have the opportunity to see the "mechanics" of it more clearly. But as a soul, progress is multidimensional. Sometimes, "moving forward" looks like standing perfectly still while an old timeline uncouples from your energy. You aren't "behind schedule." There is a specific exhaustion that comes from trying to "heal" yourself into perfection. We become so obsessed with removing our triggers and our "baggage" that we forget that some of these things are just parts of our landscape waiting for the light of our awareness.

When you bring the light of your conscious observation to a heavy experience, you change its molecular structure. You don't have to "evict" the pain; you have to understand it.
