College life can be difficult and it's easy to let your healthy routine slip as the year goes on. Whether you're a health and fitness junkie or are new to the healthy lifestyle, join Belles for Fitness to create the happiest version of yourself. Belles for Fitness will run multiple sessions throughout the week. Create a team or join as an individual logging at least 200 minutes of exercise per wee

k. New this year to Belles for Fitness are weekly motivational and encouraging events to get each other excited about making healthy decisions. We will share recipes, workouts found on pinterest or your favorite blog, creative ideas to make healthy choices in the dining hall, and the importance of fueling your body with enough food to power through your busy weeks and splurging every once in a while on your favorite guilty pleasures :) Whether you're a part of the current session or not, all are welcome to attend the fun events!! Watch out for notices of this weeks event :) and most importantly, get excited to create your healthiest, most fit, and happy life you've had in your twenty-some years of living!
