Growth comes from discomfort. Acceptance lives beyond emotion. We have to go through it to release it. All clichés for a reason.

When we create a barrier between ourselves and our experience for the sake of protection or preservation, we aren’t just blocking out the difficult feelings. That wall prevents us from feeling the full force of anything—joy, love, happiness, peace, contentment. All the feelings so many of us strive for.

Allow yourself to lean into the discomfort of your experience. Let it in, and see what else it brings with it. 🗻✨
