Today we hosted a Bon Voyage breakfast — complete with fresh waffles — to celebrate Carlos as he prepares to retire next week after 20 years with Brightview Senior Living. He’s supported many communities over the years, but Brightview White Marsh has been his home, and we’ve been so grateful to have him as part of our team.

Carlos has been the go-to for everything — from big repairs to daily support — always showing up with a calm spirit, a warm smile, and a laugh that made every day a little brighter. His hard work often happened behind the scenes, but the impact he made was front and center.

We’ll miss his leadership, his friendship, and the pride he took in making our community the best it could be. Carlos, thank you for all the years of care and commitment. You’ve left a legacy here — and you’ll always have a place in the Brightview White Marsh family.
