This class combines elements of yoga and Pilates, focusing on core strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. This might include traditional yoga poses, Pilates exercises targeting the core muscles, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises. The class is designed to improve posture, balance, and overall body awareness while promoting a sense of relaxation and well-being. Mats are used for comfort and support during the exercises. All levels welcome. Every Tuesday at 5:30 pm
