Annie was a college athlete her entire life. She always had a coach, a structured training plan, and a set practice time. Her schedule was built for her, and accountability was automatic.

But after graduation? That structure disappeared.

No more practices.
No more coach checking in.
No more clear off-season vs. in-season goals.

Suddenly it was on her to decide when to train, what to do, and how to stay consistent and that shift was harder than she expected.

On top of that, she works a job that requires travel at least once or twice a month. Different gyms. Different equipment. Different routines. It would have been easy to say, “I’ll just start fresh when things settle down.”

Instead, we focused on building something sustainable.

We created a routine that worked at home and on the road. When she had full gym access, we lifted heavy. When she was traveling, we adjusted based on what was available… dumbbells, hotel gyms, or even minimal equipment. The plan flexed with her life instead of falling apart because of it.

And in the middle of all of this?

She trained for and ran a half marathon🤩

I included some quotes she added in her feedback form⬆️

If you are in the same boat, spinning your wheels looking for structure and struggling with consistency, comment “COACH” and I will send you more info on our coaching.

Food does not need to be an emotional experience.

And for most people… that statement feels almost uncomfortable.

Because somewhere along the way, food became:

• A reward
• A coping tool
• A stress reliever
• A celebration
• A distraction
• A punishment
• A source of guilt
• A measure of “being good” or “being bad”

That’s exhausting.

Food is fuel.
Food is nourishment.
Food is enjoyment.

But it is not therapy.
It is not a moral scoreboard.
It is not your only outlet.

When every meal carries emotional weight, you end up on a rollercoaster:
“I was so good today.”
“I ruined everything.”
“I’ll start over Monday.”
“I need to be stricter.”

When we detach emotion from food, something powerful happens:
You can enjoy a burger without guilt.
You can eat a salad without feeling superior.
You can have dessert without spiraling.
You can miss your protein goal and just… move on.

This doesn’t mean food can’t be part of celebrations or culture or memories. It absolutely can. Life is meant to be lived.

But your daily meals don’t need to carry the weight of your stress, boredom, loneliness, or self worth.

When we build structure (protein, strength training, balanced meals), emotional intensity around food naturally decreases.

Because you feel stable.
You feel fueled.
You feel in control, not restricted.

If you’ve been riding the emotional food rollercoaster for years, I see you.

There is a way to care about your health without obsessing.
There is a way to enjoy food without being controlled by it.
There is a way to pursue fat loss without hating yourself through it.

And it starts with making food less dramatic, not more restrictive. 💛

A common PCOS symptom and something people often ignore✨

Insulin resistance can start YEARS before your blood sugar shows up abnormal on labs.

So yea, you can feel exhausted, puffy, inflamed, and stuck while still being told “everything looks normal.”

It’s driven by:
– Chronic stress
– Poor sleep
– Muscle loss
– Yo yo dieting
– Under eating all day and overeating at night
– Sitting more than you move

After 30, we naturally lose muscle if we’re not strength training.
Less muscle = harder time handling carbs.
Harder time handling carbs = easier fat storage (especially in the midsection).

And skipping meals or living on coffee until 2pm?
That can make it worse.

The good news?
You can do something about it…

Focus on:
✔️ Strength training
✔️ 100g+ protein
✔️ Daily movement (even walks after meals)
✔️ Sleep
✔️ Nervous system regulation
✔️ Consistency over extremes

Insulin resistance is incredibly responsive to lifestyle change.
So, rest assured, we can actually handle this 100% naturally.

When is the last time you got your insulin checked?

Lately, my focus has been simple…
trying new things, getting uncomfortable, and tapping into whatever makes me feel creative… or like a kid again. ✨

Somewhere along the way, we started taking life so seriously.
We stop playing.
We stop exploring.
We stop being curious.

But life is only boring and hard if you decide it is.

Say yes to the dance class.
Take the random weekend trip.
Try the hobby you “aren’t good at.”

You don’t need to be productive and grinding allll the time.
You need to feel alive. 🤍

If you’re “too busy to eat”…
you’re not struggling with nutrition.

You’re struggling with priorities.

And I say that with love. 💛

The women I work with aren’t lazy. They know what they need to do for the most part.
They’re high achievers.
They’re moms.
They’re leaders.
They carry everyone.

But somewhere along the way, they decided their body could wait.

-Skipping meals.
-Grabbing whatever’s left.
-Living off coffee until 3PM.
-Then wondering why energy crashes, cravings spike, hormones feel chaotic, and fat loss feels impossible.

That’s not a willpower issue.

That’s a STRUCTURE issue.

If your calendar has room for meetings, practices, deadlines, and everyone else’s needs…

It can have room to EAT. It can have room for a 10 minute grocery order. It can have room for you and it needs to.

Most of the time sustainable fat loss isn’t about eating less.

It’s about becoming organized enough to fuel yourself consistently with the right foods.

You need a plan that fits your real life.
