What I eat in a dayšš¼
Before you try to copy/paste this⦠read this first.
What you eat AND how much should be based on your goals, not mine.
This day for me looked like:
160g protein / 165g carbs / 60g fat
But that breakdown is specific to me, my body, my goals, and where Iām at right now.
This is exactly why Iām not usually a huge fan of āwhat I eat in a dayā content⦠because most people just try to replicate it instead of understanding why it works.
Your results donāt come from eating the same meals as someone else.
They come from hitting the right amounts for YOU consistently.
That being said, I hope this gives you some inspiration and shows you how simple it can be.
No crazy recipes. No perfection. Just balanced, repeatable meals.
