Here is exactly what I would do if I had high cortisol (which you need to check for btw you cannot just guess and assume) 🤪

Everything in our health works together, it all connects and relates. When one piece is off, it can impact everything else.

A lot of things come back to stress, so make sure you are building a life you love and not a jail cellšŸ˜… day by day, you’ve got thisšŸ«¶šŸ¼āœØ

I need to tell you a story, because this happens way more than it should.

I have a client with Hashimoto’s who had been on thyroid medication for over a year.

Her doctor put her on a T4 medication (which is supposed to convert into active T3 in the body)…
But when we looked deeper at her labs?

šŸ‘‰ Her T3 was LOW.

Meaning her body wasn’t actually converting the medication properly.

And here’s the kicker:
Her original bloodwork didn’t even include a full thyroid panel.

So we had a missing piece of the puzzle the entire time.

I encouraged her to go back and ask questions.
And instead of getting clarity… she left feeling dismissed, frustrated, and unheard.

And THIS is what I want you to understand:

Just because your labs are ā€œin rangeā€
doesn’t mean everything is functioning optimally.

There are real reasons your body might not be converting T4 → T3 properly:
• Stress & cortisol
• Gut + liver health
• Nutrient deficiencies (selenium, zinc, iron)
• Under-eating / chronic dieting

These are things that often get overlooked.

Have you ever been told everything looks ā€œfineā€ā€¦ but you knew it wasn’t? šŸ‘‡

We are finally starting to become more comfortable with supplements as a society & thank God, we NEED THEM! You can only get so many nutrients in a day from your food.

Magnesium is involved in 300+ processes in the body so you can see how it would be a problem to be deficient. Some functions magnesium aids in areā¬‡ļø
• Supporting hormone balance
• Improving muscle recovery + reducing cramps
• Helping regulate blood sugar
• Boosting mood and reducing anxiety
• Supporting digestion and gut health

Magnesium might be one of the most underrated tools in your routine especially when it comes to sleep and recovery 😓

Taking 1st Phorm Magnesium before bed can help calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and support deeper, more restful sleep.

Don’t SLEEP on this nutrient;)šŸ’«

Since filming this reel, my mindset around competing has shifted.

I know what I’m capable of. I know what I can do.
But I also know when it’s time to lock in and when other areas of life need my focus first.

The goal is still the stage… just not rushed.

I’m incredibly grateful to have a career that allows me to show up for both. I’ve built an insane amount of muscle as a natural athlete this off season and thats something I’m really proud of.

Right now, it’s about alignment.
I’m not stepping on stage again until it feels right and everything is where it needs to be.

This is my third week back into consistent training specifically for my bodybuilding physique after taking some time to just train how I wanted and honestly, that break was needed.

Now it’s time to refocus, rebuild momentum, and see what happens over the next few months of being fully back in itšŸ‘šŸ¼

Stop comparing. It’s normal to have SKIN! It’s normal to have some cellulite or some jiggle. It’s normal for certain angles or clothes to be more or less flattering.

Most of what you see on this app are carefully chosen angles, poses, and moments.

Not always the real stuff.

Both bodies are mine and both bodies are just as worthyšŸ«¶šŸ¼

This is what real coaching looks like šŸ‘‡šŸ¼

When she came to me, nutrition was the missing piece.

She was dealing with:
• constant energy crashes
• struggling to stay consistent
• feeling like nothing was actually working
•just straight up not feeling good

Through building a routine that fit her life, things shifted!

More stable energy.
More consistency.
More control.
No more relying on medication.

And she lost 15 pounds in the process.

But what I’m most proud of has nothing to do with the scale…

She had been dealing with ongoing lower back issues for YEARS and thought it was just something she’d have to live with.

Instead of ignoring it or pushing through, we took a different approach.

I guided her to actually look into it deeper.

Now she finally has answers and a game plan moving forward.

That’s the difference.

This isn’t just about macros or workouts.

This is about helping you make better decisions, listening to your body, and having someone in your corner who actually cares about the full picture.

If you feel like you’ve ā€œtried everythingā€ but still aren’t where you want to be…

Ask yourself, have you actually had guidance? Or have you been doing it alone?

Because those are two very different thingsšŸŽ‰šŸŽ‰

What I eat in a dayšŸ‘‡šŸ¼

Before you try to copy/paste this… read this first.

What you eat AND how much should be based on your goals, not mine.

This day for me looked like:
160g protein / 165g carbs / 60g fat

But that breakdown is specific to me, my body, my goals, and where I’m at right now.

This is exactly why I’m not usually a huge fan of ā€œwhat I eat in a dayā€ content… because most people just try to replicate it instead of understanding why it works.

Your results don’t come from eating the same meals as someone else.
They come from hitting the right amounts for YOU consistently.

That being said, I hope this gives you some inspiration and shows you how simple it can be.

No crazy recipes. No perfection. Just balanced, repeatable meals.

Also, shoutout to for the fruit packets šŸ™ŒšŸ¼
They’ve been my go to lately, low calorie, crispy, crunchy, and perfect when you want something sweet without throwing off your macrosšŸ‘šŸ¼
