šŸ¤” I’ve never understood why the tools that therapists learn and teach their clients were never taught early on in schools.

🤨 If a child can do advanced math, speak 3 languages or receive top grades—but can’t manage their emotions, practice conflict resolution or handle stress…Does the other stuff truly matter? Isn’t good mental health more important than getting straight A’s?

šŸ§ šŸ’ŖThis is why I’ve made it part of my mission to teach adolescents and teens these important life skills while aligning with faith 🤲

What are some topics you are interested in for future workshops? Comment below and I’d love to hear more about what skills you think your child or other kids are struggling with most.

What happens when a friend crosses a line…
and your child doesn’t know what to say?

In The Paint Brush Problem, Zaynab faces a moment that so many of our kids experience:

A favorite item breaks.
A friend brushes it off.
And suddenly the feelings are big.

But with the help of Khala Anisa, the girls learn something beautiful:
✨ boundaries can be kind
✨ friendships can repair
✨ and honesty doesn’t have to be scary

šŸŽƒEPISODE OUT NOW šŸ‘»šŸ¬Ā

Zaynab’s school friends can’t stop chatting about costumes, candy, and trick-or-treating — and she’s starting to feel the sting of FOMO.

Should she just join in… or stay true to her values?

šŸŽ§ Listen to ā€œThe Trick-or-Treat Talkā€. Find the link in bio or type in ā€œAdventures of Muslim Kidsā€ wherever you listen to your podcasts.

It’s a story about belonging, identity, and what it really means to find joy without compromise.
