We’re excited to share that longtime O’Fallon physician Dr. Scott Morrison has joined Associated Physicians Group (APG) and is now seeing patients at our O’Fallon clinic: 916 Talon Drive, O’Fallon, IL 62269.
APG accepts all major insurance carriers, including Medicare and Tricare. Dr. Morrison is already approved with Medicare and several commercial plans, with additional carrier approvals pending. 🥖 Happy National Baking Day! 🍰
There’s something special about the smell of fresh baked goods that brings comfort, joy, and a little bit of magic to any day. To celebrate, we’re sharing one of our favorite recipes—and we’d love to see yours too!
🍌 Favorite Recipe: Banana Bread with a Twist
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup melted butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups flour
Optional: handful of dark chocolate chips or chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix mashed bananas with melted butter.
Add sugar, egg, and vanilla. Stir well.
Sprinkle in baking soda and salt, then mix in flour.
Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50–60 minutes.
Cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
