ATTENTION Livestock BEEF MARKET Exhibitors📣 An Intent to Show and Sale form is due on or before MAY 7th, 2026, to show at the 2026 Madera Fair.
The form will require photos of the animal including: a head shot with ear tag, full right side of body, full left side of body, rear of animal and one image of exhibitor with animal for a total of (5) images, along with a copy of a Bill of Sale or Brand Inspection. There will be no pre-weigh events, tags will be released following Intent to Show deadlines. A separate entry form will be required by the entry due date: August 7th 2026 along with any required ethics and drug statements.

Two of our public speaking members had the opportunity to help at Spring Ag Days for a FFA Members Senior Project!
Vivian and Kaylee did outstanding job representing Spring Valley 4-H.

Madera County Large Animal Expo 2026,
We had 3 swine, 6 Boer goat members attend! They all did amazing! We also one swine and one goat member help out another member with her 4-H Service Excellence Project.

Cloverbuds had a super fun March meet up 🐛🐞🐜
They talked about insects, decorated and built bug hotels and went searching for the creepy, crawly things!

The Boer goat group had a great meeting! They practiced showmanship, equipment ID, Feed ID and did their expo test! Good Job kiddos!

The Cloverbud project is getting ready for Spring!

They talked about the life cycle of a plant and planted seeds to take home. Some seeds that we planted were morning glory, zinnia, kale, cucumber, watermelon and tomato.

Some members may end up with some interesting hybrids - but they had fun planting 😆🌱
