A little bit about us both:
Molly is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and women’s health coach specializing in hormone balance and whole-body wellness. She takes a root-cause, holistic approach to help women feel more steady, energized, and connected to their bodies. She loves creating supportive spaces where women can slow down, learn about their health, and feel truly seen and understood.
Meghan is a mom of three and a dedicated Pilates instructor who believes movement is medicine. She’s a lover of all things health and wellness and is passionate about helping women build strength, confidence, and balance in their everyday lives. When she’s not teaching, you’ll likely find her spending time outdoors, prioritizing family, and encouraging women to care for themselves in sustainable ways.
