Life is about being you! Embracing you! Loving you! Loving all aspects of you, the good and the bad! Finding your inner santurary! And when we embrace these parts of ourselves life just flows!
Life is made up of a lot of chances to chose. To chose something else or chose where we are right now. I am blessed to be doing a lot of inner deep shadow work with some amazing and awesome coaches.
One of my 2021 words is "Conquer". I remember receiving that word, Conquer, and thinking that is not a positive word to move through 2021, why conquer? Then a few weeks later I received -- Inspire. I was a little confused. I asked 2 words for 2021. Then a few weeks later I received yes, "Conquer yourself and Inspire others."
I had no idea at the time just how intense and amazing and inspiring that phrase "Conquer Yourself" would be until I began the journey of diving deep into the depths of the shadow side of myself. To facing those fears that some days paralyzed me and others had me tip toeing through my day. And repeating these affirmation hourly: "I am safe! I am protected! I got this."
So for those who need a Smile today, I got you -- 😃.
For those who need a hug -- I got you {{HUGS}}!
For those who need a little encouragement that you are doing ok, you are doing more than ok -- you are doing great!! 🤗
