Happy September❣️
Welcome to Inspire 4/5D life.
Each month we well do a simple act of kindness or a spiritual awareness.
These acts are usually performed daily, however, anytime you have to devote to these exercises is beneficial .
These exercises are designed to be simple and easy for a reason so please do not revamp or overthink it .
This month:
“The 2:00 Happy Thought”:
Everyday at 2:00 pm have a happy thought. This is something some of us have been doing for a while . The concept is a simple one and extremely effective .
At 2:00 pm everyday you pause, think of something that brings a smile to your face and a warmth to your heart. It only takes a few seconds to do.
Some helpful tips from individuals who already practice the 2:00 Happy thought :
*Set an alarm (can be silent) to remind you
*Keep it simple
A few examples of happy thoughts
Grandchildren
Fur Babies
Favorite Song
A Childhood Memory
Seeing yourself in your happy place
The happy thoughts are endless and specific to you . If it brings a smile to your face then you have accomplished the exercise 🥰. Happy thoughts are spontaneous. They are often different everyday. They are easy.
Our thoughts create energy. And when we put happy energy out into the atmosphere we generate a vibration of happiness that others can feel . This inturn creates a “happy feeling” in them. The energy becomes contagious. And without saying a word, you have raised the vibration of all around you. And they raise the vibration of the individuals around them …..
I have been doing these Inspire 4/5D exercises for a few years now. Once you become comfortable with the simplicity of the exercises and get into it you will begin to see how powerful these exercises are.
