🚴🏽‍♀️Some days, I ride for the burn in my legs. Most days, I ride for the woman I’m becoming.

This is my act of self-respect. My way of saying: “I want to be here, fully, for my children, for decades to come.”

📺We weren’t built for concrete and screens. A lifetime ago, humans spent most of the day under the sky. Now, over 90% of our lives are indoors. Our bodies & our minds feel the cost.

🧠Every mile outside is me reclaiming what we’ve lost: sharper memory, steadier hormones, a mind that’s harder to shake. It’s how I lower my future risk of dementia, how I move through each season of womanhood from fertility to future menopause with more ease.

🧘🏽‍♀️And when I weave in East Asian medicine, it becomes even deeper work: moving my Qi, nourishing my blood, & aligning with the same natural cycles I see around me.

💪🏾This isn’t “just exercise.”
It’s my love letter to the life I want to live & the people I want to live it with.

Let me help you stay on track & guide you with TCM wisdom and intentional movement so supporting your health & longevity becomes seemingly effortless & joyful. ☀️Book now at mad-vitality.com

📱 Focused calls that move my vision forward

🥣 A bowl of color and balance for steady energy

In East Asian medicine, these moments keep energy moving, digestion happy, & creativity flowing.

✨ Reminder: Place yourself where you will thrive. Eat to fuel, work in refreshing spaces, & choose what’s best for you every day.

🧪 Male factor infertility contributes to 50% of infertility cases yet testing often focuses only on women.

A semen analysis measures:
✔️ S***m count
✔️ Motility (how they move)
✔️ Morphology (shape)
✔️ Volume + more

✅ Acupuncture can help significantly improve s***m motility and morphology in as little as 5–10 treatments.

✅ Chinese herbs have been shown to regulate hormones and support healthier s***m parameters.

✅ Lifestyle + TCM = a powerful combo for conception.

✨ Holistic fertility works best when both partners are supported.

Come see why the ladies love me 😍

Nobody teaches women how to decode their cycles. We’re told to “deal with it”, the cramps, the mood swings, the exhaustion, the weird PMS anxiety. But in Traditional Chinese Medicine, every symptom is a message. A whisper from your body asking to be heard.

✨ Irritability before your period? That’s Liver Qi stagnation.
✨ Fertility issues or low libido? Your Kidneys might need love.
✨ Feeling empty after birth? That’s deep Blood and Qi depletion.

This is the kind of care I wish every woman had: holistic, intuitive, ancestral. You don’t need to be fixed, you need to be understood. And that’s what I do.

💫Let’s rewrite your health story with compassion and power.
Come see me. Your body will thank you.

This spring has asked me to let go in ways I wasn’t ready for.

I’ve said goodbye to my healing space in Oak Park, a place where so much transformation happened—not just for my patients, but for me. At the same time, life nudged me out of my home unexpectedly. Two moves. One heart trying to stay open.

This shift wasn’t planned. It wasn’t necessarily wanted. But it was called for.

And I’m listening.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, spring is the season of wood—growth, vision, movement, and the Liver meridian, which holds the energy of anger, & frustration, but also of possibility and renewal. Change brings resistance, yes—but it also brings truth & alignment when we surrender to it & allow ourselves to feel it fully.

I’m learning to bend, not break. To trust that the roots I’ve planted will support me in new soil, now in Lakeview.

Spring holds the energy of becoming. And sometimes becoming means releasing what was—before we know what’s next.

To all who are navigating unexpected transitions—know that the emotions rising in your chest are natural. They are messengers. In this season of change, I see you. And even when the path feels uncertain, we are not alone.

Spring asks us to stretch. To shed. To step forward, even when trembling.

Let’s trust the process, even when it feels uncertain. To allow ourselves to feel, breathe, and begin again.

🤍Here’s to new beginnings

Have you read The First Forty Days? I love how this book blends traditional Eastern wisdom with modern nutrition science to support new mothers in their critical early recovery period.

Here are 3 core takeaways:

1. Sacred Rest & Recovery

Honour the “lying-in” period. Try to prioritize uninterrupted rest for at least the first 40 day. Set up a cozy corner stocked with everything you need—blankets, water, snacks—so you can stay warm and still. Keep those socks on and wash your hair less during this period.

2. Use food as Healing Medicine

Emphasize nutrient-dense, warming foods (slow-cooked bone broths, congee, stews). Batch-cook a double-batch of your favorite healing soup and freeze individual portions for effortless meals.

3. Lean on your community for support

Build a postpartum village: enlist family, friends, or a doula to share household duties and newborn care. Create a simple rota or online sign-up (e.g., Google Sheets) so helpers know exactly when to drop off meals, do laundry, or watch baby.

Post partum is not glam. But with these tools you’ll make it look like so 💅🏽💜

And when it’s time to welcome your little one, I’m here to support you every step of your postpartum journey. As a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and licensed acupuncturist, I specialize in using gentle, evidence-informed acupuncture protocols and herbal recommendations to help increase milk supply, balance hormones, and ease the overwhelm that can come with new motherhood.
