How can I address it, how can I make it through, how will it be, and so on to how x100…

Often, we jump into “doing” without realizing the cost of “how.” It takes us away from ourselves and the purpose of our actions. In the long run, it triggers a lot of anxiety and eats up our energy, all with poor results.

How often do you ask yourself, “Why is it important to me? Why am I doing it?” If your answer to this question is “for the money, for the approval, to please someone, etc.” you may quickly burn out your energy without any fulfillment.

Why? Those answers barely touch the surface of your true needs and disconnect you from your heart. They provide shaky foundations for action.

Go deeper and realize in what way “the action-your how” provides for your well-being, your relationship(s), your emotional stability, and your level of gratitude and fulfillment.

Connecting with deeper “why” will boost your confidence and inner balance. Finding the answers to fulfilling "how" and unlimited motivation will be easier for you.

Drop ❤️ if you feel it👇

The most overlooked step in healing an anxious mind and resolving complacent relationships is a simple yet most resisted step following self-awareness – forgiving yourself and others unconditionally.

It is not a checkmark on the list. It is not an achievement. It is a gradual process. It takes time and dedication. It is simple and yet complex.

Most people who struggle with an anxious mind and complacent relationships have one thing in common – they have difficulty with forgiveness. It may not look like it on the surface, but hear me out.

It may be hugely overlooked, but crucial to making a sustainable change.
The driving force behind both – an anxious mind and complacency – is judgment.
The judgment is held in place by a lack of acceptance.
Lack of acceptance is a consequence of difficulty with forgiveness.

If you don`t forgive yourself and others first, every step you take will be conditional in some ways. It may lead you back in a circle to where you were.

Forgiving yourself/others for past mistakes will tremendously impact your anxious mind – liberating you from the fear of missteps, resentment, and self-condemnation.

Forgiving yourself/others for shutting you down in the past for not acknowledging your needs and wants will open the cage of complacency.

It requires work and dedication and may come in stages, but without forgiveness to begin with, you will be throwing your energy out the window.

Next time you say, “I forgive you, but…” stop. Give yourself a hug.

When I say "needs and wants," I am not talking about a different body, higher social status, bigger car, house, higher number on your bank account, or anything else you feel you are missing or lacking to feel safe.

I point out the needs and wants from the level of your heart. It may sound enigmatic to some, so let me explain.

Most of us run after "needs and wants," representing a façade of the inner reality. The façade is a consequence of the inner imbalance, and your anxious mind is simply doing its job to keep it in place – safe and sound.

Once you realize that whatever you do or have doesn't bring you the fulfillment and harmony you were expecting, you are ready to discover more about your true needs and wants.

The healing journey of your anxious mind has many expressions. I like the holistic approach – to see/work with the whole system: the physical, emotional, mental, and etheric parts. With this awareness, the energy you put in can be used in the most impactful and efficient way.

It comes from my personal experience - a patchwork of trauma and healing. It also taught me that the right partnership could mean the world when working with an anxious mind.

I am 100% committed to my work and love sharing my gifts, but I don't work with everybody. I work with those who I can actually help, who resonate with my offerings, and who are ready to commit to the work required to make the shift.

Can you believe it? Read on👇

You realized the complacent relationships in your life were more than annoying situations. You looked for help. You told yourself, “I got this.” But after some time, you realized that the inner healing was different than what the headlines said or you expected.

The most common “stories” from my clients:

- how many steps you need to get there
Each of us is unique, with a different life story and
baggage. With various individual needs of healing comes different timeline.

- problem solved after one session
In my experience, there is no such. Healing and life changes are very complex as we are. You don`t want to patch the wound and let it hunts you later. You want to heal it so your foundations are sound and solid as you grow.

- if you don`t feel what you expected, then the modality is bad
It`s best to choose a modality that suits your current needs for healing. However, your expectations before and judgment of what you felt during or after the session may be misleading. In many cases, it does not represent the effectiveness of such.

- cookie-cutter modalities to solve all issues
There are many healing techniques, yet it`s good to have them tailored to your individual needs for optimal results. The cookie-cutter may not be the best choice if not timely adjusted to your healing and growth.

- energy healing work will magically change it all
I love energy healing work. It has been a life-changing experience for me in resolving anxious mind stories and more. However, it would not have such sustainable effects without the addition of coaching and changes in my daily life.

Curious? Read on👇

Complacency is a silent killer. It grows on you and you start believing it is you. But is it? How it impacts your boundaries, needs, and life inspiration?

Your propensities for complacent behavior may be high if you have an anxious mind. Fear of rejection or abandonment may be on the list when you think about expressing your needs.

And life situations can exacerbate these propensities leading to complacency.

One of them may be a point in your life when you get busy - with work, relationships, or family affairs. With busyness comes a need for comfort and restrictions regarding available time and space. You may not recognize at first that things you were longing for and excited about have landed on a back burner.

In times of constraint, we go after shortcuts just to get some comfort and soothe. But there are short-lived and not fulfilling.

Here the complacent behavior sneaks in. Our brains are wired to keep us safe, so the newly established status quo is perceived as one.

Often in this place, we become afraid of expressing our needs and wants. Over time, this can lead to a stack of repressed resentment and other emotions. The longer, the more difficult it is to come out of the shell and express it. And our inner workings are very crafty in producing validation for keeping things as they are.

You may not feel inclined to change unless some drastic change would shake you up. But if you feel that anxious cringe, and confusion about your needs, it`s time to get honest with yourself.

Everything to know about your needs is within you. It may feel a bit scary at the beginning, as you may feel the resistance of your mind and ego - "there is no time for this," "she/he would not understand," or "I`m too ashamed to ask." The thing is, if you don`t acknowledge it as important for yourself, nobody will.

Does your anxiety keep you away from your heart? Here you can find a few ways to reconnect.

- loving-kindness meditation

While there are many types of meditation, I find loving-kindness the most effective to reconnect with your heart. If you make it into your daily routine, in time, you will develop a reference feeling that you could use to reconnect with your heart "on demand."

- gratitude practice

Shifting your energy into gratitude naturally leads to a heart connection. Making it work, though, requires an honest and humble approach and practice.

- visiting nature sites/listening to nature sounds

As humans, we have a natural affinity for nature and its energy. When you stroll in a forest preserve or listen to sounds like ocean waves, you may reconnect with your heart. Remember about being present. If you stay in your head, it may restrict your connection.

- expressing love to your close ones

When you express love, you connect with the energy of love and with it with your heart. Remember, though, about inner attitude and alignment. Where do you come from with your expression?

- being kind towards yourself, expressing self-love

Self-love is not about self-soothing like emotional eating or shopping. It's when you are honest and compassionate with yourself. That moment when you embrace yourself as you are without judgment. Here you'll find your heart.

Anxious? Empower yourself👇

Lovingness is not a weakness, it is a power of your heart, much more potent than the force generated by ego/mind.

There are many misconceptions about the heart connection. In my Mental Fitness Bootcamp, the heart is reflected by "Sage" – the part of us that has innate knowing, and understanding beyond the mind's limited capacity.

Your life is filled with challenges, and your ego/mind try to do their best to keep you on track. But their capacity to "get you there" is limited.

The mental cringe you may feel while having an anxious moment, the spike in judgment, or pushing to get the answers will keep you away from your Sage, your heart.

In those moments, your ego/mind may devise validations to keep you in the mental looping. The workings of society, our family, or friends engrain some of them. The list below challenges some of those points in simplified ways.

How aiding the anxious mind with heart connection shows?

There are many ways your heart connection can impact your life. Some of them may surprise you. Here are some examples:

1. empathetic but no need to please others
2. peaceful but not stagnant
3. spontaneous but not chaotic
4. grounded but not sluggish
5. present with your body, not in the head
6. in the flow but with a plan (actionable)
