We’re committed to making this event inclusive, welcoming, and accessible for all attendees. Below is a list of the accommodations available on-site:

We’ve got you covered! Check out the logistics and parking map to help plan your arrival—especially if you need specific accommodations based on your mobility or physical needs.

✨There's also a site map included to help you easily navigate the event once you're there—so you can find resources, vendors, and activities with confidence.

🅿️♿️Accessible parking will be available in the Oak Ridge Senior Center parking lot to ensure attendees can safely and comfortably access the event.
🔵Overflow parking available across the street at the Oak Ridge High School lot.
🔵Parking logistics volunteers will be on hand to assist anyone needing help getting to the event space.
