Hello all!! Life has changed a bit. I'm spending more time at home with my dad. I have been unable to set up a schedule of live regular classes. We live one day at a time. I can still teach from home on zoom though! I can teach private one on one classes or private group classes if you can get some friends together. Please reach out. We had a great class Wednesday. We worked on our solar plexus! We got our heart rate up then soothed it back down. This is a chair yoga class but you are welcome to come and sit on the floor just bring what you need to be comfortable. We also stand during the class, if you want to. You choose what works best for you. Any questions please reach out.

It felt so good to be back teaching yesterday. We had a great class at the senior center. Then I taught a one on one online class with a beautiful soul. Lastly, I got to attend a class with my OG teacher Joe Longo !! Lots of kundalini energy swirling around! I am full of gratitude this morning!!
