What an incredibly surreal Forest Therapy walk we had during the snow blizzard yesterday!!!!

Forest Therapy walk participant Lauren and I had front row seats to the Snow Wind Orchestra!

I learned about Snow Cakes, which are cakes you make with fresh snow by grabbing some snow on the ground and squeezing it in between your fingers!

I also learned about the special spaces that creváces hold in the hollows of trees, and that snow highlights the light and dark areas - yin and yang - all of the twists and sinews - it brings everything to light!

What a delightful walk.

Today was such a beautiful day for a Forest Therapy walk!

I have never attempted to go barefoot in the winter or in February in Minnesota, but today was a first for this!

Very fun and successful Forest Bathing - beings are out-n-about, and confused as we are too! 🙂 take a look at the sleeping giants, orange mushrooms, and mushroom dynasty!

Hopefully the tree and plant buds do not freeze over these next couple of months.
