New moons signify the start of a new cycle, making them a potent moment to connect with your intuition and set your intentions.

In this unique offering, we will begin with a gentle guided meditation to slow down the mind before moving into transformational breathwork to clear stagnant energy and create spaciousness for your next chapter. We’ll conclude the evening with a soothing gong bath to help integrate the experience into the nervous system and support the body in a restful reset.
Eye masks and intention-setting cards will be provided.

🍼 Postnatal Yoga Pop Up Tomorrow! 🍼

Calling all postnatal mamas! Bring your new bundle of joy and meet some fellow new parents in our community. We will start out with a group check-in, transition into gentle massage and stretching for baby, and then move into a postnatal yoga practice for mama.

Come as you are - spit up, tears, sleepy eyes... We understand!
