Whether you work from home or work from the office, you need to give your body a break! Here are some stretchesπ€Έ you can do at work to help improve your posture and relieve tensionπͺ in your body in 5-10 mins:
Shoulder rolls: Sit up straight and roll your shoulders back and down. Repeat 10-15 times.
Neck stretches: Tilt your head to the right and hold for 10 seconds, then repeat on the left. Repeat 2-3 times on each side.
Seated spinal twist: Sit up straight and cross your right leg over your left knee. Place your left hand on your right knee and twist your torso to the right. Hold for 10 seconds, then repeat on the other side.
Seated forward fold: Sit up straight and reach your arms overhead. Slowly fold forward, reaching for your toes. Hold for 10-15 seconds.
Hip flexor stretch: Stand up and step your right foot back into a lunge position. Keep your left knee bent and your right leg straight. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then switch sides.
Remember to listen to your body and not push yourself too hard. These stretches are meant to help you feel better, not cause discomfort.
