1 Touch & Relaxed Massage Therapy Certified in Massage Therapy, Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy, and Sports Massage Hi, my name is Jim. He inspired me to study massage.

When I was little, I watched my dad heal many people in Vietnam. I worked in a spa for 3 years after I graduated from National Holistic Institute (NHI) core program. After witnessing that my massage techniques helped many people overcome injuries and chronic pain, I decided to pursue further education. I went back to NHI to study Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy, which was the best decision.

I specialize in relaxation, deep tissue, and sports massage with the intention of correcting postural deviations, as well as educating my clients. While middle to firm pressure is my strength, relaxation, and comfort are still the ideal goal. I enjoy working with clients to resolve chronic pain, headaches, back pain, and many other issues. We begin each session where I listen to your needs and preferences, so I can tailor the massage and ensure I treat your desired focus areas

Dear Valued Clients,

I hope this message finds you well. First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for your continued trust and support throughout the seasons. I feel incredibly honored that you have placed your care in my hands and trusted my knowledge to help you feel your best. As I write this, I’m filled with mixed emotions. After three amazing years at our location on 1 Rio Vista Ave, Oakland, our lease will be coming to an end this September. This space has been home to so many transformative moments, and it’s bittersweet to say goodbye. Piedmont, in particular, holds a special place in my heart, as it’s where I began my massage therapy journey over six years ago. The friendships and knowledge I’ve gained in this community have shaped who I am today. That being said, I am excited to announce a new chapter for my practice. Starting October 1st, 2024, I will be relocating to a new, larger space at (321 Davis St, San Leandro, CA 94577). This new clinic will provide even more comfort, safety, and room to grow, and I can't wait to share it with you. While the new landlord is putting the final touches on the space to ensure everything looks spectacular, I am confident that this location will allow me to continue delivering the quality care you’ve come to expect. The new clinic is conveniently located just a short 5-7 minute walk from the San Leandro BART station, and there will be free parking available around the neighborhood. Until the move, I will continue to serve you at our current location on Piedmont Ave, I'll be sure to send another email with all the information so you can come visit and celebrate this exciting transition with me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you again for your unwavering support and for allowing me to be a part of your wellness journey. 1 Touch & Relaxed is thrilled to announce that, starting October 8th, 2024, our clinic will reopen at its new location: 321 Davis St, San Leandro, CA 94577.

This new space, just a short walk from the San Leandro BART station, offers free parking spots close by (marked with P’ on the map below) and more room to enhance your experience. We believe this move will allow us to serve you even better, and we’re excited to welcome you there. In the meantime, 1 Touch Relaxed continue seeing clients at our current location until September 30th, 2024.
